On Site Service $60 per Hour |
Routine on-site service is our best value and the most efficient way to
guarantee your information technology runs smoothly. On-Site visits will be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis for 2 or 4 hours as needed. During these visits we will perform the following actions:
- Log Auditing: Firewall / Backups / Server Hardware and Software / Power / Web Server / Antivirus
- Backup restore test to make sure the backups are working properly
- Client and Server service packs
- Free phone support up to 15 minutes per day
- General technical support and troubleshooting
- Client and Server routine maintenance and optimizations
- Detailed report of work performed and any problems and their resolutions.
Don't let your network get left behind! Even if your current system is operating on it's own and seems "just fine" - that
doesn't mean your technology is reliable. Being up to date is very important, especially when a problem does
occur. If your network software is obsolete you're much more likely to have performance problems and be vulnerable to the latest Internet
worms and attacks. Then, when you run in to problems it can take much longer to resolve them and get back to business.

Remote Monitoring $30 per Server per Check-Up (Bi-Weekly Std.) |
We will connect to your office remotely and review system and security logs to ensure smooth information technology operations. This can be scheduled on an as-needed basis and even partially automated. The following will be checked:
- Log Auditing: Firewall / Backups / Server Hardware and Software
/ Power / Web / Antivirus
- Detailed report of work performed and any problems and their resolutions.

Phone Support $0.30 per Minute
| Phone support is available via a voice-mail box. Your call will be returned promptly and if your problem cannot be resolved over the phone in a reasonable amount of time it will be scheduled for an on-site visit. |
Emergency $110 per Hour |
For a moderate increase in the hourly rate, same-day emergency support is available. We will do our best to be there as soon as possible if the problem can not be resolved over the phone or through remote access.
Here is a sample of just a few typical emergencies we're more than qualified to assist you with:

- Lost password
- Accidental file deletion
- Virus infestation
- Computer crash

Next Day $70 per Hour | Our standard on-call
response time. If we can not resolve your problem over the phone or through remote access we will schedule a time to visit your office the next day. Standard on-call rates apply.

Network Audit $60 per Hour |
The most important service we can provide a new client is a thorough network audit. We will review your companies entire network infrastructure including software, physical layout, security and we
will look for any potential weaknesses or eminent failures.
After the audit, we will draft a report that covers everything we looked at and review in detail any immediate and long term issues or features that could be helpful to your business along with estimated prices to
implement them.

Security Audit $80 per Hour |
Beyond a regular network audit, we will simulate an attack against your company and record the results. We will ensure that all critical updates and service packs have been applied to your hardware and identify any internal or external security issues.
