For the past two years Eric Jaakkola has been an IT consultant for our aviation company. During that time I have had the pleasure of working closely with Erik and I assure you he is excellent at what he does. He came into our company and took what was a terrible mess of computers and organized them, networked them and set up our server. He monitored our systems and spent many hours trouble-shooting whatever problem arose. We could count on him to diagnose and fix the problem every time and we dreaded the days he might be on vacation or on another assignment. He is the only tech we trusted and the only one able to come up with the solutions we were looking for. He also went above and beyond the call of service by staying late and even coming in on his days off to help us out of a bind.
